During this period, I would like to take you to Lanzarote in the Canary Islands. The volcanic island of Lanzarote is characterized by a mild summer climate all year round and combines a unique natural landscape with works of art.

At the “Centro de Terapia Antroposófica” in Puerto del Carmen you can take a little ‘time out’ from the usual, immerse yourself in new experiences and strengthen your mental and vital energy. In addition to the therapeutic services, the sea or the pool invite you to swim, explore the island, get to know other people or simply relax and unwind.

The single or double apartments are located in a beautiful vacation complex, which also offers a cultural program in addition to gastronomy, organic food store and therapeutic treatments.
In this context, Angelika Steinle (art therapy, value imagination), Ingrid Schemberg (breathing therapy, dance, MBSR), Christine Weber (Biodanza) and I would like to invite you to take some time out to get back in touch with yourself, to refresh your soul through inner and outer movement and perhaps to find a new personal orientation.
