Creative and imaginative
Children are always welcome here! As a family you will find a child-friendly environment and various creative activities on offer in the weekly programme at our Centro. Short-term childcare and babysitting are also possible. If there are enough interested parents, we are happy to offer activities inspired in Waldorf education for children.
Child-friendly environment
Children can move around freely in the sheltered, clearly laid out grounds. The restaurant with its shady pergola is located right next to the pool, which has a small, separate children’s area. This means you can keep an eye on your children while enjoying a nice meal or drink. The sandy beaches of Puerto del Carmen are wide and flat (800 m away on foot or by bus with bus stop nearby).

Children’s activities
If three or more children are registered, we can offer a children’s activity programme in the morning. It is designed by Waldorf teacher Wietske van der Want and is suitable for children aged 3 to 10 who are already used to group play. Are you interested? Please sign up well in advance.
Babysitting
Would you like to leave your baby or toddler in good hands for a few hours? We can organize babysitting for you.
“El niño en el centro”
“Focus on the child” is the motto of our childcare based on the child-oriented Waldorf education. A beautiful room for playing, singing, crafts and storytelling is available for this purpose. And of course the gardens of our finca are available for a campfire, for example. The children’s activities are organized by the Waldorf teacher Wietske Van der Want and our culture manager Mikaela Nowak.
