Wholemeal bread from Andy
We source our bread and baked goods from a local German wholemeal baker. Andy bakes a very tasty, easily digestible sourdough bread made from rye, wheat and spelt (gluten-free is available on demand). Various rolls, croissants, cinnamon buns and pretzels round off the range.
Local specialties
We also offer some conventional products that are produced on the island:
