Enjoy the pleasant warmth of our exercise pool! You will feel like you are floating weightlessly in the 32 to 34° C warm water. Warmth, water pressure, buoyancy and the high water density due to salt provide an immediate feeling of well-being and pain relief.

Helpful in many situations
Our exercise pool is particularly suitable for people with rheumatism and arthrosis, for rehabilitation after orthopaedic operations, for relaxation in cases of exhaustion and for the gentle healing of various illnesses. The small indoor pool is also a quiet place to relax, activate the lymph flow and soothe the skin.
Contraindications
People with circulatory problems or circulatory disorders following a thrombosis, stroke or heart attack should seek medical advice before bathing to determine whether the bath can be used.
Cleaning with salt, without chemicals
Are you looking for peace and seclusion? On our finca you can experience the power of Lanzarote without any distractions. It is located not far from the center on a slope, in the middle of black volcanic gardens, with a view of the deep blue sea. Our good soul Birgit creates a wonderful atmosphere. No wonder many guests come back again and again, some for several weeks or months.
Useful tips
- The pool is open daily and all year round from 8 am to 8 pm.
- It is located directly next to the Therapeutikum.
- The recommended maximum length of stay is 20 minutes.
- The exercise pool is a therapy pool and a place of rest. It is not suitable for children.
- Although the bath contains sea salt for cleansing, it is not a salt water bath.
- For our spa guests the visit is free of charge and a bathrobe is included.
- For our vacation guests, admission costs €5.
