New tenants, new concept
The Lanzaroteña Chaxiraxi Iglesias Duarte and the Cuban Eva Benemelis Pita will run our restaurant as “Tamarindo Bistro” from July 2025. We look forward to welcoming these two proactive and creative women!
Kitchen philosophy
Let Chaxiraxi and Eva speak for themselves: “Tamarindo Bistro is a culinary project with a local heart, embedded in the tranquil and natural surroundings of Centro Antroposófico. Our bistro sees itself as a place of mindfulness, good taste and connection with the island. Our menu will be small, but composed with great care – based on products from the region, preferably organic and seasonal. Our aim is to express the natural taste and identity of the island with every dish!”
