Daily seminars explore the vast realm of esoteric roots in Egypt. They focus on Hermeticism, on the conceptions of the afterlife found in the two Books of the Dead, and on their enduring influence. This enduring influence appears in El. Haich’s *Initiation*, in the Gospel of Mark, in the Rosicrucians’ representation of Hermetic esotericism and symbolic language, and also in Albert Steffen’s *Journey to the Other Land*.

Lanzarote offers a unique setting for this seminar trip. This volcanic Canary Island is characterized by the interplay of the natural forces of fire and earth, by vast lava fields, bizarre rock formations, a black volcanic landscape, bright light, and the blue Atlantic Ocean. At the same time, Lanzarote has preserved its original character in a unique way. Traditional villages, white architecture, palm groves, ancient pilgrimage sites, the salt flats of the south, and the cultural legacy of César Manrique come together to form an island that impressively unites nature, art, and human creativity.

The group is staying at the Centro Antroposófico again.

Program Schedule

Day 1: Sat, April 24, 2027 Arrival in Lanzarote
Upon arrival, transfer to Puerto del Carmen and check-in at the Centro Antroposófico.
In the evening, a welcome reception for all participants and a presentation of the travel and seminar program.
Day 2: Sun, April 25, 2027 Morning seminar with Marcus Schneider on the topic “Esoteric Egypt.” The afternoon is free.
Day 3: Mon, April 26, 2027 Morning seminar with Marcus Schneider. In the afternoon, the first half-day excursion takes us to the volcanic landscape around Timanfaya and to the west coast of Lanzarote.
Day 4: Tue, Apr. 27, 2027 Morning seminar with Marcus Schneider. The afternoon is free. Time for relaxation, conversation, individual study, walks, or
a trip to the beach.
Day 5: Wed, April 28, 2027 Full-day excursion to Norden
Day 6: Thu, Apr. 29, 2027 Morning seminar with Marcus Schneider. The afternoon is free

Day 7: Fri, April 30, 2027. Morning seminar with Marcus Schneider. In the afternoon, the second half-day excursion takes us to the
in southern Lanzarote.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport and return trip, or start of an individually booked extension week.
