DESCRIPTION:Lanzarote 2026 \nExperience mindful practices and activities whilst communing with Lanzarote’s volcanic energy – a light bath and fire-power refined with sea water. \nDuring this immersive creative mindfulness experience we will book-end our day with sunrise and sunset mindfulness practices\, afternoons can be spent on the beach or simply relaxing at the pool and spa. \n  \nYou will stay at ‘The Centro’ on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen\, in apartments with lounge including kitchenette and balcony. ‘The Centro’ has two outdoor pools as well as a therapeutic warm water pool\, immerse yourself in the peace and strength that radiates from this place\, where you can enjoy a wide range of treatments and activities.
