STEPPING INTO OUR STORIES – a retreat with storytelling and Bothmer movement

with storyteller María Serrano and Bothmer teacher Jose Ramos
Rest, replenish, rejoice, re-member. This is a course where we will stand in the light of stories, re-imagining and changing perspectives, listening to ourselves and each other taking steps towards what is next in our lives.
We will work with storytelling and gentle Bothmer Movement (Spatial Awareness) in an international group. Our sessions will include creative ways of exploring traditional stories and the stories we carry. We will be guided by and playing with stories rather than practicing performing. Our wish is that our time together will be restorative for you. There will be plenty of free time so you can explore the island, enjoy the beaches or join the optional activities on site: concerts, eurythmy, painting, crafts and a variety of health treatments … there is also a small organic shop and a restaurant at the Centro. The use of the therapy pool, an individual treatment and an outing in the volcanic landscape are included. Apartments can be booked at the Centro Antroposófico, or at the biodynamic farm outside town (see below)
The week is open to anyone, native and non-native speakers, no previous experience necessary. The facilitators also speak Spanish, Scandinavian languages, Finnish and some French and many exercises can be done in your native language. There is a discount for local residents.
